|2013 Elkton Cuvee||$192/case||
From Wine Enthusiast, 90 Points: Nicely aromatic, this offers scents and follow-up flavors of cherry cola, with a dusting of sweet hay. It’s authoritative without being over-amped. Notes of earth and iron add interest to the finish.
|2014 Barrel Select||$240/case||
2014 saw very early bud break and a torrid summer, which led our barrel select to return to a robust, forward style. The wine is loaded with black cherry and mocha flavors, with vanilla and a touch of charred wood on the nose. Aging in 40% new barrels produced a velvety finish.
|2014 Black Oak Vineyard||$268.80/case||
Made exclusively from grapes from one of our estate vineyards, this wine offers an expansive bouquet of black cherry and plums with a touch of oak and mint. With time in the glass, the bouquet and flavor expand to include a floral note. Light tannins will make for a long lifetime.
|2016 Dry Pinot Gris||$153.60/case||
This Pinot Gris shows deep, rich golden color, as we allowed the fruit to sit with skin contact for 24 hours before pressing. Apple, pear and hay aromas open to lemon and citrus flavors on the palette. Most notable is the wonderful, creamy texture leading into the pleasantly crisp finish.
|2016 Vintage Farm Sauvignon Blanc||$172.80/case||
|2014 Gewürztraminer (semi-sweet)||$134.40/case||
This vintage was a great one for gewürztraminer which produced intensely flavored fruit. The wine was fermented and aged in small stainless steel barrels, and bottled early to retain all of it’s freshness and zest. The wine contains 2% residual sugar. The wine has a delightful ripe apple aroma along with a honeyed flavor.
|2016 Baco Noir – Vintage Farm Vineyard||$249.60/case||
Baco Noir, a French-American hybrid grape, ripens early and is ideally adapted to our environment. This varietal produces a full-bodied, deeply colored wine, best served with hearty dishes. Vintage Farm Vineyard, planted in 2011 on a west-facing hillside, is one of the newest additions to our AVA.
|2013 Pinot Gris Indulgence||$115.20/case||
Sourced from the Gillirose Vineyard in Elkton, our Indulgence is made from very ripe Pinot Gris, which allows us to stop fermentation before all the sugar is consumed by the yeast, yielding a special wine of surprising, but not cloying, sweetness. This port-style wine is slightly acidic with hints of apple and melon.
